Standard Warranties
Eclipse Shading stands steadfastly behind our high-quality products. If any of the products that you have purchased from our company are defective, we promise to repair or replace them free of charge under the terms of our standard warranty.
Extended Warranties
These programs give you increased protection from Eclipse’s standard limited warranty. Enjoy your Eclipse Shading investment with no worries!
With the Platinum Protection Program, frames are guaranteed under a limited lifetime warranty to the original owner. Awning fabrics are guaranteed for twelve (12) years and screen fabrics are guaranteed under a limited lifetime warranty. Motor and electronics for eight (8) years.
With the Platinum Protection PLUS program, frames, fabric, motor & electronics are guaranteed for the lifetime of the original owner. This gives you greatly increased protection from Eclipse’s standard limited warranty and even exceeds the Platinum protection program
10 Year to Lifetime* Frame Hardware Guarantee.
Our frame hardware comes with a guarantee that it is free from defects in workmanship and materials provided it is used properly, and the components are unmodified. Only installations in locations greater than one mile from the ocean qualify for coverage. See warranty for specifications and exclusions
5 Year Powder Coated Frame Finish Guarantee
Covers all products
The powder coated frame finish on all of our products is guaranteed to be free of defects, under proper usage, for five years from the original date of purchase. 10 to 12* Year Awning Fabric Guarantee
This limited warranty guarantees most fabric from becoming unserviceable (because of loss of strength or color) from normal exposure conditions e.g. mildew, sunlight, atmospheric chemicals, or rot, for a period of either ten or twelve years depending on the product, from the original date of purchase. 15* Year Screen Fabric Guarantee
Our fabric comes with a guarantee from becoming unserviceable (because of loss of strength or color) from normal exposure conditions e.g. mildew, sunlight, atmospheric chemicals, or rot, for a period of up to 15 years for most fabrics from the original date of purchase. 5 to 8* Year Motor, Control & Electronics Guarantee (if equipped)
Under proper usage, we guarantee our motors, switches, electronics, and motor controls to be free of defects, for either five or eight years depending on the product, from the original date of purchase. See the warranty for specifications and exclusions.
